REGULATIONS

Vikander-Kneed Technical Media (VKTM), and additionally all subsidiaries of the group are to be considered liable for breaching any protocol, or law mentioned within this singular page: "Regulations". All legislative works produced by Vikander-Kneed may not intervene or interfere with other groups with either previously established content or overruled content. This is all directed and monitored by the Board of Directors. 

Article 1 

The authority of Productions & Standards is determined by the following they may;

1. Use the Standards Code to enforce any aspects, all enforcement staff are authorised to do this.

2. Exercise the ability to complete any verdicts for a civil case.

3. All citizens regardless of ability and reasoning will be allowed to a court if they desire.

4. All foreign allies and groups are given access to enforcer-related materials as needed.

5. Productions & Standards will have complete monopoly over all staff-produced materials.

Article 2

The Productions & Standards is a dedicated division to the protection, and enforcement of the Regulations Page as you read it, additionally individuals are required to abide by executive directions given by the Productions & Standards unless it explicitly goes against the code of regulations. 

1. The Productions & Standards is directed by its Department Head of Standards.

2. All command staff are to be hired by its Department Head of Standards.

3. All agents are given the right to investigate any possible cases.

4. All agents may request that enforcers conduct their own investigations. (within reason.)

5. For the aforementioned to occur, the only exception is that investigations may not do the following unless absolutely needed and approved by Administrative Council, and above. 

6. The Department Head of Standards, and Management/Corporate of Productions & Standards are to notify a given division if they are inquiring whether they either do it, or the division does it. Any findings and results are to be given upperswards on the chain of command.

7. All other investigative materials, and incriminating materials are to be stored within the Productions & Standards unless needed by the Central Command, and High Command.

Article 3

Executive Inquiries are pieces of documentation that allow for the incursion of all information brought from your presence within our organisation, and review all content. However executive inquiries may only be used by the Hand of Anomalies and as such may only do the following;

• Personal Documents and Legislation pertaining to Vikander-Kneed.

• All executive inquiries may be signed by an Board of Directors or above only.

• Exclusions from executive inquiries are: Board of Directors; External Entities. 

• Search Warrants may only be accepted if; they’re in an investigation, probable cause established, if either is true then it is to be reviewed and then rejected or accepted.

Article 4

On the subject of Executive Inquiries; divisions that employ this, in the current time and future time will be required to adhere to the following information before executing a search warrant on an individual for information this includes interrogations, questionings, and other methods. 

1. The agency granted special permissions and authority to execute executive inquiries must;

   • They may do as much as the scope of the inquiry allows.

   • They must announce such to the individual before doing so.

   • They must supply the request to the individual.

   • Any evidence found, obtained will be dismissed by jurisdiction of order and only stored.

   • The aforementioned Board of Directors must be there to supervise expectations.

2. Any person and/or entity is required to follow through and adhere to executive inquiries. They’re obligated to comply with the execution of the Search Unit.

Article 5

With due time on enforcing regulations on all personnel; we take into account discord; ROBLOX; Any offences are only found within our discord server unless dangerous. ROBLOX is to be banned if needed. As such the owner of an account is responsible for their actions.

1. The following is a list of punishments recognised by the Organisation.

   • Suspension

   • Blacklist

   • Imprisonment 

   • Demotion

   • Removal of Position(s).

   • Removal of Clearance.

   • Removal of specific laws. (non-fundamental)

2. All punishments are to be all made available for a regulator to utilise and see if they believe it is fit for the crime committed on behalf of an individual.

3. Agencies, divisions, and other headings for enforcement and judiciary beliefs are to be followed on Executive Orders set by a given executive; and thus cannot be charged with contempt of order.

4. All punishments may affect one individual, multiple; entire agencies, or the organisation as a whole. However the effect of which they do is determined by the Productions & Standards beforehand. 

   • A person subject to imprisonment under the right conditions is to be suspended and/or removed from all positions of power and internal devices.

   • A person is subjected to “temporal burn notice”, as they’re not able to be used or seen within the organisation until the punishment has been ended.

Article 6

With the ever increasing possibility of a member of court becoming rogue or abusing permissions authorised and granted by the divisions of the organisation; the following is to be done by all agents regardless of reason.

1. The code may detain and suspend punishments upon an individual if the defendants until the conclusion of the case at the request of the Department Head of Standards of the Productions & Standards. 

   • An offence that pertains to the position they hold.

   • For the prevention of possible abuse.

   • For the concerns of diplomatic security.

   • For the concerns of the Chairperson and Board of Directors.

   • For the protection of evidence and storing it. 

   • For the prevention of criminal and militaristic charges.

2. Any person who is being investigated by an authorised entity is to be detained for approximately 48 hours, with the consent and signed document by a given Central Command and above, they’re able to question and interrogate during this time.

3. Any division or entity/individual are to follow with suspensions and demotions otherwise they will be charged with obstruction of justice.

Article 7

All punishments are to be divided into 4 categories until later notice, each of these are to show and different level of severity depending on the crime committed, and as such each will have a difference sentence attached to them; Major Offences; High Offences; Moderate Offences; Low Offences

1. Some specific crimes are not to be categorised as it is not necessary.

2. The following maximum punishments are for the Major Category as such below;

   • A suspension in the Major Category may last 3 Months.

   • A blacklist in the Major Category may be permanent. 

   • Imprisonment / Detention in the Major Category may last for life.

   • Demotions have no maximum.

3. The following maximum punishments are for the High Category as such below;

   • A suspension in the High Category may last 1.5 Months.

   • Blacklist in the High Category may last 3 months.

   • Imprisonment / Detention may last for 1 week.

   • Demotions in the High Category have no maximum.

4. The following maximum punishments are for the Moderate Category as such below;

   • A suspension in the Moderate Category may last a week.

   • Imprisonment / Detention may last 5 Days.

   • Demotions in the Moderate Category may do only 2 ranks. 

5. The following maximum punishments are for the Low Category as such below;

   • Verbal Warning, and Demotion.

   • 24H Suspension from all positions.

Article 8

Crimes Against Vikander-Kneed

1. Admin Abuse of any stance is not tolerated (unless allowed by event)

2. High Treason is considered disloyalty to the organisation, this includes participating and manufacturing items and assets for the enemy faction (organisation.)

3. Treason shall be defined as an act of defiance against the institutional power given by the Central Command, and attempting to overthrow the legislative bodies of the Organisation. 

4. Espionage shall be defined as the act of attempted spying and stealing information from the group’s internal structure to the benefit of another; without authorisation of either I) the original author , or II) the organisation on behalf of the author. 

5. Disclosure of classified information and documentation shall be defined as the act of disclosing forbidden information; which is deemed unsafe for public consumption and thus poses a risk of disloyalty and possible corruption at a lower/upper rank.

6. Collaboration with an enemy, or a security threat is to be considered against the organisation and as such also involves sheltering, defending and aiding any security threats and/or enemies. 

   • The aforementioned above are all considered Major Offences.

Article 9

The following below is a list of violent crimes which can be determined by a regulator of justice, or by the operations command member at any given time regardless of reason; this also lists all high offence crimes. 

1. Terrorism shall be defined as the act of committing sporadic crimes in a short period of time; in an attempt to scare the general populace, in the pursuit of spreading political agendas or other misinformation campaigns. 

2. Defamation of the Organisation shall be defined as an act of spreading misinformation; slander; false statements and accusations; and/or libel in an attempt to ruin or destroy the group’s general reputation (genre-wide or internally.)

• The aforementioned above are all considered High Offences. 

Article 10

1. Murder shall be defined as the act of termination against another member of which was unwarranted and is not tolerated, this may also be considered teamkilling; random killing; unethical discharge of weaponry; and abuse of firearm. 

2. Attempted Murder shall be defined as the act of attempted termination (e.g. Murder without Termination) of an individual that is I) of the same party II) of the organisation, or III) of an allied organisation from a foreign ally. 

3. Assault is the act of unethically punishing someone without the use of firearms (if applicable), and as such is considered to be a low punishment.

4. Manslaughter is the act of terminating, and killing another member without the intention of doing so (e.g. Cross-fire, Suicide, etc.)

• The aforementioned above are all considered Low Offences.

Article 11

1. Bribery shall be defined as the act of offering money or other benefits to group workers or employees of Vikander-Kneed.

2. A person found guilty of bribery shall be subjected to the moderate offences category

3. Taking bribes shall be defined as the act of taking money or other benefits in return for favours or other acts.

4. A person found guilty of taking bribes shall be subjected to the moderate offences category.

5. A person found guilty of taking bribes who is a high rank within the element involved shall be subjected to the high offences category.

Article 12

1. Corruption shall be defined as the act of dishonest use or abuse of one’s position(s) or power in order to get personal gain or for the gain of an organisation or group that is not the main group, or affiliated with said group. 

2. A person found guilty of corruption is subjected to the high offences category.

3. Abuse of Power shall be defined as the act of abusing one's power or position for personal vendetta(s) or unjustified reason.

4. A person found guilty of abuse of power shall be subject to the high offences category.

5. Impersonation shall be defined as the act of acting as if one has authority it does not have or display to any individual that they are in a position they are not in.

6. A person found guilty of impersonation shall be subject to the moderate offences category.

Article 13

1. Command Negligence shall be defined as the act of being inactive or negligent with their command responsibilities while serving as a command member of a divisional command or divisional command.

2. A person found guilty of command negligence shall be subject to the moderate offences category and shall be removed from their command position(s) affected.

3. Disrespecting Divisions shall be defined as the act of showing contempt, disrespect or publicly unreasonably criticising, insulting or denouncing divisions and/or their members.

4. A person found guilty of disrespecting divisions shall be subjected to the high offences category.

5. Conspiracy against the group is the act of planning to remove someone in high office or high command of a group entity, division, or the administration. Or planning to overthrow said officials.

6. A person found guilty of conspiracy against the group shall be subjected to the high offences category.
   
   

Article 14

1. Criminal Negligence shall be defined as the act of failing to provide proper instructions or safety leading to injuries or damages or failing to take proper steps to lawfully conduct a duty violating the law.

2. A person found guilty of criminal negligence shall be subjected to the moderate offences category.

3. Unlawful Protesting shall be defined as the act of protesting while having been ordered to disperse or having received a governmental order stating the protest is not to take place at a certain time or place.

4. A person found guilty of unlawful protesting shall be subjected to the lower offences category.

5. Disturbing the Peace shall be defined as the act of creating a situation in which the peace is broken within a certain area by the actions of the defendant or disturbing ceremonies or other events.

6. A person found guilty of disturbing the peace shall be subjected to the lower offences category.

Article 15

1. Public Indecency shall be defined as the act of dressing inappropriately while in public (and/or violating Code of Conduct regarding Avatars, and clothing). 

2. A person found guilty of public indecency shall be subjected to the lower offences category.

3. Resisting Arrest shall be defined as attempting to evade or use violence against a law enforcement body of the Vikander-Kneed while being arrested.

4. A person found guilty of resisting arrest shall be subjected to the lower offences category.

Article 16

1. Brandishing a firearm shall be the act of illegally carrying your gun out publicly (not firing the weapon).

2. A person found guilty of brandishing a firearm shall be subjected to the lower offences category.

3. Illegal Discharge of a Firearm shall be defined as the act of illegally without justified reason firing a weapon.

4. A person found guilty of illegal discharge of a firearm shall be subjected to the lower offences category.

Article 17

1. Harassment shall be defined as the act of berating or insulting or bothering a person unreasonably and unjustifiably.

2. A person found guilty of harassment shall be subjected to the lower offences category.

3. A victim may seek a restraining order with the courts against the suspect.

4. Stalking shall be defined as the act of not leaving a person alone and following them on a constant basis.

5. A person found guilty of stalking shall be subjected to the moderate offences category.

Article 18

1. Trespassing on External Lands shall be defined as the act of illegally stepping onto foundation/externally owned land without permission.

2. A person found guilty of trespassing on state land shall be subjected to the lower offences category.

Article 19

1. Theft shall be defined as the act of stealing someone’s property.

2. A person found guilty of theft shall be subjected to the lower offences category.

Article 20

1. Forgery shall be defined as the act of forging documents, evidence or records which are not real.

2. A person found guilty of forgery shall be subjected to the moderate offences category.

Article 21

1. Fraud shall be defined as the act of intentional deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain.

2. A person found guilty of fraud shall be subjected to the moderate offences category.

Article 22

1. Stolen Valor shall be the act of pretending to have or illegally displaying awards which have not officially been given by the group.

2. A person found guilty of stolen valour shall be subjected to the moderate offences category.

Article 23

1. Conspiracy to commit a crime shall be defined as planning or conspiring to commit a certain crime.

2. Conspiracy indicator shall be attached to the crime in question (conspiracy to commit murder)

3. A person found guilty of conspiracy to commit a crime shall be subjected to the punishment defined for the crime, the maximum punishment shall be reduced by 1/3rd.
